Open your eyes and focus on the beauty of watercolor when the Western Maryland Watercolor Society (WMWS) presents its annual spring members' exhibition at the Allegany Arts Council's Saville Gallery in Downtown Cumberland. There will be an Opening Reception for the exhibition on Saturday, June 18 from 6-8PM. The reception is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served. The Western Maryland Watercolor Society was formed to allow watercolor enthusiasts to share common interests and explore new directions in watercolor painting. Its mission is to provide educational programs, to give members opportunities to show and sell their work, and to raise public awareness of watercolor painting.
