The Potomac State College of WVU College-Community Jazz Ensemble will host its annual Jazz Invitational concert on Tuesday, April 17 at 7PM in the Church-McKee Arts Center auditorium in Keyser, West Virginia, and is part of the area’s celebration of Jazz Appreciation Month.
Director Fred Kesner has established the event in order to provide a venue to showcase the area’s top school jazz ensembles. This year, bands who have accepted invitations to date are Braddock Middle, Washington Middle, Keyser High, Mountain Ridge High, Hampshire High, and Fort Hill High School. The concert is free and open to the public.
