Tri-State Community School for the Arts presents the class “Landscapes and Animals” as part of the Summer I Class Session, which runs May 14 through June 23. The class meets Mondays from 6:30-7:30PM with instructor Lindsey Crabtree. For ages 11-18. Cost is $100.

Students will learn how to draw and paint a variety of landscapes and animal while having the choice of what style and type of landscapes and animals they prefer to focus mastering. While gaining knowledge on how to represent nature’s beauty through an in depth study of color and value, students will be able to represent a landscape more accurately and easily. In addition, students will leave with skills to draw animals by studying basic anatomy of animals and training the eye to observe detail.

At Tri-State Community School for the Arts, we believe that our students are capable of having a positive impact on our community, and we seek to empower them through creative and positive thinking skills, and by allowing them opportunities to shine through acting, music, and painting.
