On Friday, May 18 at 7:30PM, Garrett Lakes Arts Festival hosts the Clipper City Brass Quartet.
Known for its artistry and adventurous programming, the Clipper City Brass Quintet comprises five virtuoso brass players who have performed with some of Americas most esteemed orchestras. Although CCBQ regularly performs masterworks of the brass quintet repertoire, the ensemble also enjoys arrangements of popular song, jazz, Dixieland, to name a few styles. CCBQ performs recitals throughout the mid-Atlantic region as well as a variety of services and ceremonies. In addition to performing, each member of CCBQ is passionate about music education, maintaining private teaching studios and faculty positions throughout the region; thequintet is available to present clinics for students of all ages.
