Local artist and educator Lita Havens and other members of the Western Maryland Watercolor Society will offer two free watercolor painting classes for children 6 to 12. In these classes your child will learn some basic techniques and other tips and tricks you can use in painting.

The class will be held at the Allegany Museum on the second floor, right outside of the Plein Air art exhibit. All materials will be provided, but you must register in advance by May 30th.

Class size will be two groups of 12, so registration is limited to 24 children.
