To create a festival-like atmosphere, Baltimore Street (from Mechanic to Liberty) and Pershing Street (from Mechanic to the Merchant’s Alley Parking Lot) will be closed to traffic, giving spectators the freedom to walk, watch, and engage with the artists as they work.
