Saturday, August 14, 2021 • 9:00AM-11:-00AM •

Drone photography opens a new dimension to see and enjoy your world. Whether your interest is artistic, scientific, or business, plan to attend this outdoor workshop and demonstration presented by Ryan Brenneman, an experienced and award-winning drone photographer and videographer.

You’ll cover:

  • Drone safety rules and registration
  • Pre-flight inspection tips
  • Using drones for unique and creative photo perspectives
  • Different types of drones – and understanding limitations of each
  • Breakdown of footage: examples of drone photography work

You’ll also receive a hands-on demonstration of the fun and excitement of this powerful technology. Included will be a special demonstration of a new FPV (First Person View) drone that uses an onboard camera to relay live video to goggles, mobile phones or tablet screens. This new technology allows the drone pilot to fly “in person” and capture video at speeds up to 89 mph!

Ryan’s presentation is designed for ages 15 and up; no drone experience is necessary. Pre-registration is required, and attendance is limited. Registration is free for Allegany Arts Council members; $15 for all others. Pre-register today by emailing
