About the Juror
Jeff Shoaf is a retired arts educator who taught for nearly 40 years in the Hagerstown, Maryland, area. He has always been a practicing artist and his recent retirement has allowed him to focus on art even more.
Shoaf described his style of painting as "simplified realism," - the practice lending itself to this approach because areas can be quickly created with minimal brushstrokes.
Shoaf will select a variety of awards to be presented at the Public Opening on April 30, 2022.
