Artist bio: I love to draw, and colored pencil is my favorite medium. For some pictures, I use pen and acrylic. Many of my pictures are made into Art Reproduction prints on museum-grade paper and inks. My subject matter tends to be personal to me and my experiences. I love our local scenery and am inspired by the places I visit. I have been honored to win awards in International Miniature Exhibitions and also International Colored Pencil Society of America exhibitions. I have been a guest artist for twenty years at Spruce Forest Artisan Village in Grantsville, Maryland. As a member of the Spruce Forest Board the area became an Art and Entertainment Area and has recovered from a storm in 2020 that demolished five buildings and fifty trees. Cumberland is my home town and I am thrilled to see what is happening art-wise downtown.
