The Maryland State Arts Council is accepting a Request for Qualifications for two public art projects located in the new Education & Health Sciences building at Frostburg State University. The project is a part of the Percent for Art program in the state of Maryland, requiring a percentage of capital budgets for state building to be purposed towards public art development.
