Allegany Arts Council announces winners of
8th Annual Allegany National Photography Competition & Exhibition
CUMBERLAND—The Allegany Arts Council announced the winners of its 8th Annual Allegany National Photography Competition & Exhibition on Saturday, April 2, during a public opening and awards ceremony. Juror David Oresick, Executive Director and Chief Curator of Silver Eye Center for Photography in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, selected winners from an outstanding selection of photographs. Prizes were awarded in the categories of color, monochrome, and photography as sculpture.
Rheana Gardner’s photograph, In the World’s Broad Field of Battle, was named Best in Show. She is based in Cedar City, UT.
