Vendor applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Schoolhouse Quilt Show & Competition to take place June 21-23, 2024, at the Allegany County Fairgrounds.

We are thrilled to welcome the following 2024 vendors:

Where is Cumberland, Maryland?

Cumberland is located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains of Western Maryland, approximately 2.5 hours from Pittsburgh, PA, and Washington, DC, and 90 minutes from Morgantown, WV. Our beautiful community features world-class outdoor recreation, green spaces galore, and a thriving arts community.

What is the schedule for vendors?

Vendors should plan to install on Thursday, June 20, 2024, and be prepared to manage booths during the following timeframes:

Friday, June 21 - 9:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday, June 22 - 9:00AM-5:00PM
Sunday, June 23 - 10:00AM-3:00PM

What spaces are available?

We want to be transparent in the way we organize and secure vendors. In 2024, vendor booths are calculated at $1.50 per square foot and a variety of spaces and booths are available. Vendors applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and a 50% deposit is required to hold an available space. Final payments are due no later than May 31, 2024. What should I plan to bring?

Rental tables are available at $15.00 per table and should be secured at the time of reservation. Vendors should plan to bring anything else necessary to create displays - table linens, signage, display cases, shelving and decor are encouraged! No items may be adhered to the floor or walls of the Allegany County Fairgrounds.

Vendors should also plan for the acceptance of payment onsite.
