Vendors applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and a 50% deposit is required to hold an available space. Final payments are due no later than May 31, 2024. To secure a space, please contact Julie Westendorff at or at 301.777.2787. Payments may be made by check or via credit card.

What should I plan to bring?

Rental tables are available at $15.00 per table and should be secured at the time of reservation. Vendors should plan to bring anything else necessary to create displays - table linens, signage, display cases, shelving and decor are encouraged!  No items may be adhered to the floor or walls of the Allegany County Fairgrounds.

Vendors should also plan for the acceptance of payment onsite.
